Requestbox data is stored in the Microsoft Azure Cloud. The primary servers are located in the European Union. Due to the nature of cloud storage data may transfer out of the European Economic Area (EEA) for processing, backup and replication, this transfer is performed under the European Union Model Clauses. Requestbox uses the SendGrid email provider to send emails which may be processed outside the EEA. Diamond Management Services (DMS) have a signed agreement with SendGrid to comply with the EU Model Clauses, access to this document is available to customers who have signed a confidentiality agreement with us. Due to the flexibility of Requestbox, we provide a price on a case by case basis to make sure we provide the best value. We are usually able to find a solution to fit most budgets.
